Earth-shattering news. John McCain has just announced that our nation’s dependence on foreign oil is dangerous.

Wow.

The next thing you know he’ll be telling us smoking may pose a danger to our health.

Stumble It!

    Tehehehe. That was sooooo funny!

McCain has offered a plan. He has near term, mid-term, and long term proposals to ease the oil and energy shortage. That moves us a step closer to resolving the issue that has been languishing out there since Carter.

Obama wants to “stimulate” alternative energy and a “trip to the moon” strategy based upon Amrican ingenuity. In other words, he wants “change” in the future. Something new. Something great. Something revolutionary. Some mythical land of almost free energeny that lies just over the top of that next hil. WHAT A PLAN! The man is a genius. None of that sorry “old-style” thinking, but REAL CHANGE. He doesn’t know what it will be, but when it will be, but JFK didn’t know how to design a rocket, but he made it happen! Trust in the NEW JFK. He will bring change we can believe in.

Or. Maybe. He will just “change” his mind again! ‘Course, we all know that all we will have left in our packet after he implements his new tomorrow, is “change”. No folding money at all!

Personally, I am feeling a bit more comfortable with teh road map that McCain has laid out. “Hoping” for some mythical solution like Obama wants is a little problematic for me!

Wow, you’re good with the anti-obama talking points- you should consider going on the road. And using the word “change” in every sentence and dredging up references to Carter? Wow. Impressive. Boy, I’ll never get tired of that in response to every post I put up.

I am seeing that McCain doesn’t know how to use a computer and has little knowledge of the Internet. McCain is living in the past and we need to move forward. We’ve had one pseudo president take us back to the dark ages and now we need to dig out and electing another person wo is living in the past will not do it for us.

Hannah- yes, I think that was the point of people kind of going “what?” in response to his statement of being aware of the internet- the internet has been a part of modern life for a decade + now and he seems to barely know about it- it makes him look very caught up in the past, not the future. Also, a front against terrorism is cyberwarfare- how much does McCain recognize or understand this threat?
