How refreshing to have an Attorney General who believes that there are legal principles which are so important they are worth upholding regardless of politics and party affiliation.
Stumble It!

Well. This truly IS wonderful!
Now we look forward to Obama calling for the Dem Senator in Alaska to resign, and have a special election that is based upon the candidates abiltieis, and not influeneced by a phony prosecution for “corruption”.
I am sure that Gov. Palin would work with the legislature in her state to ensure that a fair special election could be accomplished that would permit the people of alaska to be represented by the best person. Its really the only fair thing to do given the excesses of the DOJ prosecutor, and the gutter campaign that resulted.
