Bill clinton will make a fine envoy. He is a good fundraiser, and he is not too bad at bridging differences between people and groups, so he can put coalitions together. Still, Haiti is a tough nut to crack! This position may well be part of his plan to some day rise to be the head of the UN. He has that goal from long ago. Will this help him get there?
